Default 2002 STI Bugeye Project

I bought my Scoob back in 2008 with 52k on the clock and used it as a daily driver, the car was fantastic and i loved driving it, i then spent some time sorting the car out and changing a few small things to make the car more "me"

after driving home one night around 4 years ago 2 of the rear studs on the passenger side hub snapped and i parked the car up at the side of the house so i could fix it, and thats where it sat without turning a wheel for 4 years, the car was in fantastic condition with only 76k on the clock when i parked it up, unfortunately the Scottish weather has not been kind to it over the past 4 years, brakes all seized solid, coils on the suspension broken and then under the bonnet i found some of the belts perished and needs a bit of a tidy up so i decided last week with the help of a friend to move the car to my unit and start on the project, i have also now swapped the registration number over between cars so its now 555 rather than 55

plans as it stands and to clean the car up back to the condition it was in before i parked it up, (remove and replace all the rusted parts) full service, new belts, new discs and pads, check everything over, new rear hub, coilovers, and then take it from there, i can see this turning into a big project but here are a few pictures of the car from the past 9 or so years that i have owned the car, i will keep this updated as the project progresses

this was the car the day i bought it back in 2008
