Been restoring a 99 turbo 2000 on my free time,rebuilt and sealed the sills,bit of sheet metal welding,nothing to big.Came to the petrol filler pipe,its rotten so removed it,noticed severe corrosion and few holes on inner guard at rear,the holes are at the rear arches on the inside,very hard to work at.Have you any solutions or ideas for restoring these common faults on the classics,for a long term hassle free repair.Looked on threads on here and online,none the wiser.Any N ireland body repair guys,suggestions on were i can repair it and how,im on a budget but understand a few hundred will be needed and dont fancy welding it myself,not skilled enough.Not wanting to give up on this car.So many of these cars with the same corrosion issue.
