Default Black Impreza STI Type UK PPP 305bhp (2003/53)

.
***New Thread -New Price! - Please scroll down for info***
.
For sale is my 53 plate STI Type UK PPP 305bhp (Prodrive Performance Pack) with FSH by Subaru Dealer in Gleaming Black Metallic with just 45K Miles and in Fantastic Condition.

- Prodrive Performance Pack (Upping the power from 265 standard to 305bhp)
- Prodrive Handling Pack (Uprated Prodrive Red Springs)
All fitted by supplying Subaru Dealer from New with Prodrive certificate.

- Full Service History with receipts all by Subaru Dealer, just turned 45,000 Miles.
- 2003 Model Year Registered September 2003 so on a 53 plate. (On Private plate at the moment)

- Beautiful Gleaming Black paintwork with the metallic flecks.
- Matching Bridgestone Potenzas all round on unmarked gold alloys.
- Silver front STI stickers fitted by me in place of the pink (sorry, cerise!) colour.
- Dark tints to rear windows only.
- Autostyle STI interior overmats.
- Genuine STI mudflaps (£350!)
- Lamco Turbo Boost Gauge

All UK STI refinements inc;
Tracker,
Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm,
Remote Central Locking,
Alcantara Interior,
Air/Con,
CD,
Brembo Brakes,
IC Water Spray,
6 Speed box, etc, etc

- MOT'd, Tax'd and HPI clear.

Everything else is completely standard and not messed with! Only the Genuine, factory backed, Prodrive upgrades.

Its fully serviced with every dealer stamp in the service book and un-abused – I’ve always used Shell Optimax / V-Power, warmed up, cooled down, etc.
In beautiful condition both inside and out.

It Drives Fantastic (Steering, Suspension, Gearbox, Brakes, everything, all still feel solid) and is Totally Reliable (Its had a new battery and the rear shockers that always knock on STI’s have been replaced. Its also just had a brand new set of Front Discs and Pads fitted)

When I bought this I took my time to find the right car, I wanted a mint Black one, but with all the Prodrive goodies with low miles and Full Service History. It took me six months to find this one and I've kept it for a faultless two years, but due to a genuine lack of use (with a company car its now our 3rd car) its time to move on.

<< Some slightly higher-res photos in My Profile

[COLOR="Red"]Update:
Right, It’s been for sale on here for two weeks or so and I’ve had a decent response with good feedback by pm (The right spec, the right colour!, etc) and its not really the price that’s come as an issue, more like must sell their car, too far to travel, etc.

Edit: SOLD!

Just in response to some of the questions I’ve had:

I’m the third owner. The first owner emigrated after about ten months from new, the second owner kept it for 18 months and I’ve had the car for two years. (So everyones liked it!)

The body is in fantastic condition with no dents, dings, scrapes, etc. The paintwork is the lovely Black Mica, which reflects with several different coloured flecks in the sun. Looks stunning!

The drive is faultless. All the Prodrive upgrades are already on and have been from new. The matching Bridgestones are good all round and its just had a Brand New set of front discs and pads only 10 miles ago! Theres nothing to spend on ‘putting it right’ and its ready to go.

Cheers Andy – And I think you’re right!
As I posted over on general, a local guy came to view yesterday afternoon and he loved it. In his words “Couldn’t ask for anything more, its perfect”. Would have had it there and then but unfortunately he has a Golf tdi which he needs to sell first and hasn’t been able to sell that at the moment. Both of us gutted!

Never mind - still for sale!

I never understand why people want to waste sellers time. If he didn't have the cash and needed to sell his car why waste your time?

What type of TDI was it mate? To be honest I'd have been tempted to take it in part ex if it was a MK4 and in decent nick as they seem to sell quite quickly (Td130/150etc).

Looks like the market really is dead at the moment........hope you shift it soon.

Cheers again RLE.

Some extra photos taken on Monday……

Tried to get photos of the Mica flecks but ended up with the 'gleaming cloud paintwork effect' – nice!

Thanks for the kind words Steve.

I can’t believe this hasn’t gone yet! I've done everything I can to sell what is a fantastic STI.
Originally had it up for £12750 but to save waiting for a sale I took a reality check with the price and dropped to £11750. I think people must now think it’s too cheap to be a genuine car!!!

To be honest, I had more serious enquiries (and what now seems a great offer which I refused at the time) when it was up for £12750, so it doesn’t seem to really matter what price you advertise at?

Fed up of waiting for a buyer so thinking of keeping it for now and just put the price back up to what others are advertising similar at and if someone comes along, so be it.

SOLD!

Sold to the first guy who came to look at it and was able to do the deal there and then.

He’s off Scoobynet, so I may see the car again.
If you’re looking Vincent, thanks mate, it was refreshing to do such a no hassle deal. Enjoy the STI!

In the time it’s taken to sell I’ve decided I can’t do without a Scoob in one form or another, so the search starts for a replacement ……………..
