Saw it in the Daily Fail Online, so assumed it was fake. Ouch, if true!

heard about this from the wife and mother-in-law who found it hilarious and could not stop laughing as they told me. And it was the source of much hilarity in the play ground today between the mums dropping the children off.

Is it just me who finds this horrendous. And if this had been a naked girl wandering around with her genitalia butchered - would everyone been able to laugh at it...?
