Hawkeye headlight leveling idea?

I have the famous hawkeye headlight levelling issue.
Checked both sensors and they seem ok.
Has anybody got a wiring diagram for headlights on a hawkeye.
My thinking is to trace the wire that powers the light motors and disconnect it.
Motors are fine in mine as after a minute they angle down.
In theory this should solve it.

I take it your Levelling lamp is illuminated, check inside of the multi plug connection on each sensor, due to the inclination of the sensor its possible to suffer water ingression inside these and corrode the internal pins away. Usually a thickish green crusty build up is present

No levelling lamp and sensor plugs look fine
But lights goto lowest position when driving
Just looked at back of light and noticed there's two connectors that plug in. A large one and one with 3 wires. Would the smaller 3 wire one be for the motor for the levelling lights?

Has water got into the sensor? You can pull it out but needs to be removed from car. Easiest way is to pull the back of the sensor off and have a look it's more than likely rusted
