Cosworth tumbler (TGV) kit worth the costs?

I am looking to design some billet ones, but are the worth gains for the the costs involved?
Has anyone got any proven results with these-before and after

Cheers chris

Given that STI TGV delete manifolds can be had for £20-30 I'm not sure whether it'll be worth the effort. I won't have a before and after but I'd expect the difference to be minimal:wonder:

Hi Chris

As above most of the people opting rather for STI TGV delete or they port their own(WRX) than going with Cosworth

Most of people who going with Cosworth TGV delete running their Intake manifold,if I would buy one or other,no I would still rather use Spec C manifold or if I would wait then Corsa Velloce Intake manifold

If you want something to manufacture, then Corsa Velloce get my vote, just check Process West Corsa Velloce

Thanks,Jura

Whole manifolds are nearer £80-100, all you need are these bits:thumb:

Is that yours Jon . Is it for sale

Make some 8 injector tumble deletes Chris like the old APS ones. Still think you can't get big singles to idle like small twins.

They are mine Chris but no, they're not for sale - I've just had them cleaned up and a lot of the excess metal taken off prior to painting. They'll be going on my car with my VF34 in the coming months:thumb:

And a spare set of WRX blues or STI pinks will be a lot cheaper to offset the cost of the tumbler delete:norty:

Anyone got a wiring diagram:D

I certainly prefer it compared to big ass injectors !
Thankfully the design of injectors has been getting better recently, but you still can't beat more small ones IMHO !

cant get the petrol to atomize properly with single ingjectors. in the end it sprays about as good as a garden hose with your thumb over the end off it
