Black Circles Tyres
Just wondered people's experiences with this company, are they generally cheaper than going direct to a tyre fitter? I see there are some occasional discount codes for them too
|
Contact funky tyres on here. Worked out cheaper than black circles for me, and faultless service. I saved about £70 on a pair by buying them and then having them fitted.
|
Never actually used them there prices are reasonable, I tend to price check on Blackcircles then ring my local tyre fitter and give them the Blackcircles price when they ask if I've had any other quotes. Usually gets me a good deal and it's easier than going to Blackcircles nearest fitter.
|
im a blackcircles dealer and I am normally the same or very close to their prices so it makes no difference either way .
people think they are getting a good deal by buying online when normally the smaller highstreet guys are normally athe same price and can get the tyres quicker if they already haven't alredy got them in stock etc etc it is a good tool for getting people through the door though :D there are cheaper places online but its up to the tyreshop to charge whatever they want to fit "outside" bought tyres , I charge up to £30 a tyre depending on size etc so with , time , fuel , and fitting charges you don't actually save a lot most of the time ;) mags |
But do you give us clubcard points Maggs :D
|
Try openeo too
|
Thanks guys, yes I did see the club card points haha
|
no i dont give clubcard points , but i am rather dashing to look at ;)

How do they know how much a tyre place will actually want to charge for fitting?
I always get them delivered(well cheap) then get them fitted myself. |

But how much are depots likely to charge for fitting etc - 18" to be exact
I would say about £20 per wheel max(that's with valve and balance) |
£15-20 quid for 18" .I know its silly but it kind of takes the piss for people to bring their own tyres to a tyre shop lol (like bringing your own food to a restaurant) but still makes you beer tokens if ya know that I mean. a lot of the time though im to busy to even entertain the fact:) which is good for me to :)
