Powder coating alloys portsmouth/gosport area

Hi guys, can anyone reccomend the service mentioned in the title in the Portsmouth area? Any suggestions would be great also how much are you looking to spend on powder coating as I have not had it done before!

Cheers! Chris

I can't answer your q, but which alloys are you thinking of Powder coating?

Thanks for your reply, I have just read up the threads on here explaining the dangers of powder coating oem wheels, I have standard hawk eye alloys i think, also have a set of speed line turinis I need doing, may have to use the old method of refurb eh?

the oem ones i speak of i think were changed by the time of the hawk so you might be alright, the earlier newage wheels just weren't too strong to start with.
Powder coating done right, isn't a bad thing, but the wheels I speak of were of inferior manufacturing process in the first place.

Referb wise, check this out http://www.southeastscoobies.co.uk/v...ad.php?t=17501

Sorry I can't help with local wheel firms, only thing I've ever travelled to Gosport for is window tinting cos the bloke was THAT good, it was worth the trip from Surrey.
