Place to Remap Air Pump from ECU
 

Hi,

I have a 2007 Impreza WRX estate which I am planning to fit blanking plates to the air pump due to the engine management light being on & the cost of replacing the pump or the valves being astronimical!

Anyway, I live in Telford, Shropshire & need a place relatively nearby where I can get the ECU remapped to take the air pump out of the system so the engine light no longer comes on.

Does anyone know of a reputable place I can take it?

Hi Sally, I did the same thing to my Forester. I had Duncan from Racedynamix, a member on here and a well respected mapper, to map out the system and turn the light off. He did it as part of a remap on mine so I can't give you a cost but I'm sure he'd be happy to advise you if you contact him. He's mobile as well so should be able to come to you.
