instead of having straight 3 inches it has what visually externally looks like a cat but has no restriction just a air chamber around the pipe its what helps the milltek give good power but stops your ears from bleeding

yes it will flow more the actual pipe is 3inches with no restriction it just uses the chamber around the pipe to reduce noise
