Car back, CEL pops up now!
 

Got my car back from the garage Sunday. After all the major work was carried out, seems to be running fine now.

He did tell me when he road tested it, the CEL come on. He scanned it, no codes found, so he reset it.

Was fine all day Sunday & Monday, but on the way to work this morning the CEL has come on. Not flashing, just solid.
Again, no fault codes.

Could this be the neutral position switch? Gear stick has slight judder when at a stand still.

Could be anything.
Get it back to them and get them to sort it.

often it can be an earth issue if no codes are stored........

New valves, skimmed heads, new belts, filters etc.

Earth issue? As in since the engine was out?
