EJ20G running EJ207 AVCS Heads in a STI7

OK here goes. I have spun a bearing on No.4 cylinder. I have a spare CDB laying around ready for a decent rebuild. Here is my quandary. I have a V2 STI shortblock with only 16k Km that I want to use to get me mobile in the interim.

The question is: Can it be done, and if so what size gasket should I be running to maintain the correct compression ratio?

I'm more than aware the block is pants as are the pistons etc, It is purely to get me back on four wheels while I rebuild the CDB or the EJ207.

I've done a fair bit of trawling and it hasn't shed much light on it. Probably because it's retarded as far as engine building goes....

:)

If you have the dogbone shaped pistons go for 1.6mm, it will drop your cr a bit, but will be safe.
