japspeed exhausts opinions please
 

im after a cheap 3" full exhaust system for my 09 hatchback sti, was wondering what Japspeed exhausts are like. obviously at £400 for a full turbo back system compared to £1k to a miltek i wondered weather there was a massive difference. i just need a goof free flowing exhaust as an upgrade to a 2.5"

your opinions are greatly appreciated

I used to have a japspeed on my blob,sounded awesome and fit was great as well. You could also look at cobra systems from exhausts uk in sheffield

yeah have looked a cobra, would probably go for the scooby clinic full system if i was going to go for something other than the japspeed.
im reading alot of reviews saying that the fitmet of the downpipe is terrible.
the 2.5" H+S downpipe fouled the firewall so im concirned the 3" japspeed would be a naightmare. but i jsut dont have the money for an £800 system

I had a Japspeed 3" on my blob. Good sound, good fit, cheap to buy and cheaply made.
I would say that all round it's fair value for money.

I had a japspeed on my bugeye... fitted perfect, no problems whatsoever and was a DIY job, I wasnt massively keen on the sound so I ended up keeping everything and just changing the backbox to a Blutz Nur spec R... but each to there own. good piece of kit though

my 3" de-cat downpipe fitted 100% problem free,mated to a scoobyworld center section and now my car sounds awesome :thumb:
