Vf43 vs td05 20g on a 2.5 sti

I'm after some suggestions on how the two compare please? :thumb:
Or what would suit a 2.5 sti forged? Not really after top end..... I'm aware of the SC range and RCM....

Both work well on a 2.5, ive done few last year, the 43 should get 360/390 and the 20g about 380/400 both spool well.
