Gents,

Japfest have rung me to ask do SWS want a space again. I have taken it upon myself to get us in early in the hope of getting a good pitch.

Please if your a member of the SWS group, attend meeting or have attended previous shows, I will put your name down and accept your payments. If not, then understand that my name is on the application and I am responsible for any problems you may bring with you or your behaviour. In previous year ad hoc people have requested places and their behaviour as been left wanting. Therefore I will not accept random requests for stand passes.

Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
A: Entry is FREE for children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. A maximum of three children will be granted free entry per paying adult. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions. (VC take note).
