I remember watching the particular episode of Supersize vs Superskinny, and this guy was huge, plus he could barely walk. Seemed like a nice chap and it's amazing he's lost so much weight. |

Fair play he now weighs what I did when I was my heaviest and just losing 10kg needed a fair bit of focus.
Bet he has a bit of excess skin. :o hopefully they'll sort that for him - he deserves it. :thumb: |
Losing the weight is the easy bit (relatively speaking) . Keeping it off is the hard bit.
