Hks system

My friend just fitted a hks silence 3 inch with decat downpipe when running there is no burble or rap sounds like a escort Gti lol
Any idears what's wrong ??

What car yours friend have there?

HKS Hi-Power Silent are silent exhaust,when you floor then sound is just awesome and 93dB@5000RPM on track days has been best part

x2 when I went with equal length same thing happened . Even a standard back box gives a burble so prime suspect
