Stolen: 02 WRX STi Abergavenny 20th December

Hopefully it's ok to post this here as well as in the Wales forum but I'd quite like to get my car back !

In the early hours of Friday 20th December two Subaru Imprezas were stolen from Abergavenny - one has been recovered from Pontypool but the other one (mine) is still missing.

It's an 02 bug eye 4-door saloon STi with the pink grill badge, fog light covers and tailgate badge. It's also got a non-standard rear wing on it. It's the classic light blue with gold allows, red Brembo brakes and Scoobysport stainless exhaust on it.

The registration number is VA02 UEP.

The other car was recovered parked on the roadside in the Pontypool area so there's a good chance that mine is parked up somewhere similar.

If anyone spots a Subaru that they don't recognise matching this description could you please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Here's the car:

Hope you get it back, but that's a BUG eye not a BLOB eye - may help if you're posting descriptions and spreading word of mouth etc!

You should have had this up the first day mate not 7 days later!

Good luck finding her bud hopefully they were just muppets and won't have stripped it for parts!

Hard to believe its still kicking around somewhere 7 days later.

****e news though fella hope they catch the scumbags

@Fonzey - thanks for the correction - fixed now. Doh !

@Worlasshasansti - I would have done but had to dig out my old computer with the pictures on, find them etc. The other car was recovered intact having been used to run a few errands so perhaps mine will too.

Why the delay posting this?

I hope you get it back quickly!

As above - surprisingly I don't have many pictures of the car so had to trawl through and find some. And I'd forgotten about this site <hangs head in shame> as somewhere to post them ....

Seems ironic that the thing to the right says that my garage is empty !

I do yes ... sheesh, I'm going to go back to bed. It's not been a good day so far !

Can I just ask mate, how did they get it away? Did they steal the keys or did they actually take it without the keys?

I've always wondered whether they would have to screw your home for the keys or if its possible for them to take it without if they know what they doing.

Mick

It was in the garage being repaired so the car and keys were in the same place :-(
