Chester Subaru mechanic/garage?

First post I know, but just got my Subaru few days ago, absolutely loving her, so I'll be getting involved.

Turns out she's running lean and I have read a few things to check but could do with taking her to a mechanic or garage near Chester/or Mold area (north west/north Wales) and thought this would be a good place to ask.

I haven't found any specialists and could do with finding someone straight who isn't too expensive.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the replies so quick, I can't believe how strongly the Subaru bug has bitten. So I am very keen to get her back on the road and thrashing her around. Let me know if there's any meets any time soon, would love to get involved.

Group B as mentioned by Rich above gets my vote, although they were still Silverstone when I last used them (has it been that long since I sold my scoob :(). Great service from great staff :thumb:

If its running lean, for fecks sake dont thrash it bud! running lean and boosting results in con rod fon doo! Get the fuelling sorted first!

Chevron down in Stafford are as good as they get, but its a little bit of a treck from you.

Thanks for the response, much appreciated. The car has a straight through exhaust with no cat and I have been told this, the lambda sensor or the MAF is to probably to blame. I am taking her in on Monday but the previous owner has run her for 6 months like this after getting it mapped to accommodate the exhaust, but she seems to be running nicely, hope no damage done.
