Just wondering if its possible.

static ones that help out? or controled ones that push the boot open?

either to be fair, as long as they can support the weight of the spoiler and boot. Just wondered if they were easy to install, and if they fit ok.

I just dont understand what your trying to do. The springs already hold the weight off the boot?

I'd be interested if this can be done as well. Yesterday the wind blew my boot closed, luckily I wasn't under it. It'd be a lot easier if I could just pop the boot up and not worry about it. I find you have to open the boot right up or the weight of the spoiler closes it. Coming from an Audi with struts it's one of the things that will take some getting used to.

As willows dad said, plus my torsion bar mount has snapped, getting them off is going to be hell as they have seemed to seized on! Thought the gas struts would be an option
