Your 'to do' lists.
Does anyone else have a list of things to get and fit, that keeps getting longer almost by the day! I keep saying, "that's it, the cars finished now", but sure enough I'll see something else and want that too. :brickwall.
Bloody scoobys. Gotta love em lol. |
Yep!
Decided to go for a engine tuner 2.1 cdb build. It's a slow process but since agreeing to do it i've had to 1. New porsche brakes set up 2. 6 speed box 3. ARB's, drop links ALK, Now i have to: - Rear diff, hubs etc to fit rear brembos and make it strong enough to handle the power and balance out the brake setup. FPR fuel lines etc The list goes on and on and ..................... |
Got in my garage ready to fit to my hawkeye STi, freshly powdercoated black 18x9.5 inch wide Rota grids with 225/40/18 Vredetein tyres to be fitted, STi V-limited splitter, Blobeye rear boot lid(no badges)
And hopefully Santa will bring me some Carbon fibre wing mirrors, HT auto side skirt extensions and rear extensions.:thumb: Oh and I could do with changing my custom 3"inch longlife exhaust system for something very loud to go with my new NASIOC style scooby!!!;) |
|
I have an 05 sti widetrack.
it has a lot of mods as it is but the last few things I would like to do is as follows. 1. Front lip 2. Gauges ( oil temp, pressure and boost ) and gauge pod 3. XXR 527's or something equally as tasty. Then i'm pretty content..............for now! |
I just had a set of vredestein ultrac sessanta's fitted, the car is now currently in the garage having a service and had the AST suspension serviced so they are off the list. Next for me is the get the wheels refurbed and then paint correction to take all them swirls out the paint work, that wont be until nearer the summer. I'll be happy with her then :D
|
Suspension setup (alignment, corner weighting, damper rates at, etc.)
Turbo, FMIC, Injectors, 400bhp Oil Pressure, Oil Temp and AFR gauges... probably buy a set including a boost gauge too. Track time in 2014. |

1. Engine work including new inlet, spacers, turbo, ceramic coated headers, parallel fuel rails, EGR and carbon cannister delete, plumb in catch can, fit grounding kit, weld inner wings and paint the engine. Maybe even redesign (shorten) the FMIC pipework.
2. Suspension work including fit Meister R coilovers, powder coat adjustable lateral arms, fit painted trailing arms, clean and paint hubs, diff cover, driveshaft etc etc. 3. Brake work - fit replacement servo/master cylinder and run braided lines thoughout the car instead of copper. Fit new handbrake cable and adjust properly. 4. Bodywork - fit new bonnet vent, remove spare wheel well and plate over - paint inside boot. 5. Carberry ROM remap 6. And finally, new wheels and tyres... I think that's it for now:wonder: |
