Warranty Wise does it cover modified cars?
Hi all!
I did an online quote the other day for my Sti with warranty wise, they called today and it sounds a good deal. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? My car is remapped etc so I wonder if they would cover this...im expecting a call back tomorrow from them so would like a few questions ready. Cheers, Gaz. |

If it's an aftermarket warranty, don't bother. Save you pennies!

Does your car have full Subaru service history?

Were the other services carried out by a vat registered garage using oem parts? How much have they quoted you and what is it supposed to cover?

I'd put £80 a month in Subaru savings pot. Aftermarket warranty companies have a reputation for wriggling out of any potential claim. And of course they would, it's in their interest. What's was the excess out of interest?
Honestly, put the money aside yourself in case of any potential failure. Ok, you may not have enough when needed but you'll have a good chunk of money to put towards the repair. Any if you don't use it, have a nice holiday. :thumb: |
