Dan at Adrian Flux Insurance...

Hi everyone.

This is just a short introduction, I'm Dan and I've worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for 24 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have handpicked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

I hope this will be of some help for you.

On behalf of myself and my team, thanks very much.

Dan.

Thanks Dan

My Subaru Forester STi import is insured through Adrian Flux - when it was vandalised on the 4th September you then refer me to the insurers who then use a "repair management" company, who then sent the car off to a Vauxhaul Garage for repair (on 5th Sept). This garage can't get the parts it seems ... and everyone down the line say its not their problem. I have no time frame and have been told that parts are on "back order". I've asked some Japanese friends of mine to try to contact Subaru in Japan now and am spending my day trying to source parts myself.

Oh - parts ? drivers side window and some doors with dents. The window is the problem apparently.

DAN@ADRIAN FLUX 02 October 2014 12:35 PM

Hi,

Could you PM me your policy number? I can then look into this for you.

Kind regards
Dan

Jim Forester STi 02 October 2014 01:53 PM

How do I pm ?

Jim Forester STi 02 October 2014 05:53 PM

Hi Dan

I've sorted it out with the Garage ... so, to get my car back I'll have to stump up over £1000 and take a day off to get it and arrange with another company to deliver glass for it ... and then once the parts are in stock, I'll take the car back to them for the repairs to be done.

Cheers

ACTUALLY, I have not been able to sort it out with the Garage - Adrian Flux say it is the Insurers problem - they in turn say it is the Garage - they in turn say it is the suppliers of parts, but they don't give me the details of the suppliers .. they also advise has taken 4 months in the past to get parts.

So - took my car away 5th Sept and looks like I might not get it back until 2015 .. what can I do about this ? Seems like nothing I can do.

Hi Dan, Is it normal for Jordan to go around calling people "****ing idiots" on the phone when he thinks he has put the phone down ?
Do you do this to all customers or just a chosen few ?

DAN@ADRIAN FLUX 12 March 2015 08:48 PM

Hi,
It most certainly is not! I of course apologise profoundly! If you could PM me your details so I can arrange for this matter to be investigated it would be very much appreciated.
I thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Regards,
Dan.
