Watch has now arrived (no import taxes, etc) and is now nestled on my wrist. Currently tracking 4s behind GMT (no hacking so couldn't get it bang on) and I'll keep an eye on it over the next 10-30 days to see how accurate it is.

The bezel is probably a little chunkier than I expected giving the watch a greater mass further from your wrist. I'm a little fearful of catching it on things - I guess it feels a bit like an SUV with a high centre of gravity...if you know what I mean. Other than that it is very attractive and it looks and feels like a quality product. Very happy with it and it's nice to be able to tell the time without digging out my phone :)

Or did you get a young boy to model it? ;)

Lol, I never really thought about it before but, yeah, I don't have particularly hairy arms. In fact, I'm 35 and still can't grow a beard or tache!

Hmmm, I never change.

I started this thread looking at a Quartz watch totally ignorant of the difference between Quartz and Auto movements.

I now have an auto on my wrist and have just spent hours reading/watching vids on how to regulate it. At the moment it's still too new and may settle down; however, it's running about +25s per day, so I'll be having a go at regulating it if it doesn't settle down over the next 6-8 weeks.

How have I gone from buying a fit n' forget watch to becoming a would be watchmaker (yes, my 33pc tool kit is on the way) in 2 weeks! Why can't I just make impulsive and ignorant decisions like everyone else????

Good choice, I'm wearing mine on this strap :) I do have 4 different straps which I change every few months.
