No wrapped no. And no bought second hand. From harvey smiths(r.i.p) wife. The uppipe however was brand new and has only been on car for around 500 miles if that.

I got a set with the up pipe 40 + postage came off a 1999 UK 2000 pm me a email address and il send a picture over nothing wrong with it it's just sitting in my garage taking up space bought for mine but have another set I'm putting on
