I have the Jetex system on my classic from Revolution , very quiet and no drone at motorway speeds. Fit is 100%

And its 3" bore all the way through?

Yes 3" the full length and a large straight through rear muffler

I also have a Titanium 3" exhaust including 2 x discreat bungs. Without bungs it was 98-99.1db at 3/4 revs, with bungs its 90db & 85db.

The bungs do not alter the flow enough to make any problem, even at 500bhp on the 2.1 classic I have just broke at 2bar.

Exhaust weighs around 5kg only!

5kg nice, one i just removed is 15kg, as soon as you said bung i wasn't as keen as i've had jap system system with bung and you could feel the power loss. What price thanks?

The exhaust is within track day sound limits, so as I did at totb, you don't need the bungs. There simply available as an option.

Where are you based? I have a quiet single piece cat back 3" angled exit exhaust that I'll let go for cheap. I need the space. It will need to be picked up from London.

could try one of scoobyclinics systems, it's designed to be reasonably quiet for track use with noise limits. Got one on my hawk and its done the numbers yet not too loud.

Magnex, big silencer, so not sure if will be quiet enough but worth a try

Would a newage exhaust fit a classic?

Yes. There just a hanger to change, or cut off if memory serves me right
