engine rebuild price list thread ?

hi guys ,
i've had a look and couldn't see a thread that gives a price list for a forged engine rebuild , is there one that anyone knows of pls?

ive just priced it up my self and it went over £5k so im guessing im being abit generous .

would 350 ish bhp warrant a forge block ?

cheers

1200-1500 for self build. That includes replacing a buggered crank and all gaskets you will need and other consumables.

350 is borderline, just pop up and see me for all your bits and pieces.

WMS above supplied all my parts for my rebuild, everything is still running beautifully. His advice and service was excellent!

Search Ebay for these sockets mate, essential for an engine strip. They grip rounded off nuts/bolts.

As for the cost of an engine build, well if it's a straight forward build then it should be a straight forward list. However this is when it gets complicated. The "while you're in there" factor can take you off on all different types of tangents.

Project creep is a bitch.

lol love it cheers !! never even knew these sockets existed
sweet

edit: just been reading your build kwik , thats what im going to be like , but more spanner rash no doubt :)
anyway i had to fast forward to the last page so dont tell me what happens lol
