hi all
if I was to decat my bugeye would I have problems getting it threw a mot

Yes ,or get sports cat down pipe ,the prodrive one used on the Ppp is good .

Why would you decat without a map anyway? Would make no difference otherwise :cuckoo:

You can de-cat the bugeye WRX without a re-map. Bit more noise and the turbo spools up a bit faster (spools up pretty quick anyway).

Not much difference in power as the fairly clever DENSO ECU simply compensates for the different airflow.

Decatting the bugeye STi can lead to boost spikes and needs a remap.

Not worth the cost and hassle of swapping over exhaust bits for the MOT.
