V3 STI valves how much power?
 

Hi all,
After having my V3 STI fully forged mapped to 450 Iv been told that my standard valves are the weak point & I shouldnt push it further without uprated valves. I'd like to know how many have pushed beyond this & if anyone has had a valve fail & at what power.
