Manual to Auto conversion ...what would I needs
 

Yes I know its strange but I,ve just bought a VW Beetle with a mid engine and want to convert it to automatic.
At present its got the EJ20 engine mated to a 5 speed box (which has been converted to 2WD) and a stage 4 ceramic race clutch with mated flywheel (which is stiff as hell to press and has no slip at all, its either on or off so setting off from junctions is a task!)
Also just to make things even harder the gear change is reversed so 1st is 2nd and 2nd is first etc :cuckoo:

What would I need to do the conversion?
If anyone local wants to help with the conversion I'll pay, you can have the 5 speed manual box and I'll also give you the race clutch and flywheel with cost £2000!

That's one special motor mate, Very different... Nice to see another ex vvoc member on here too ;)
