Couldn't get hold of you a few weeks back Gary when my insurance was due so got it sorted with Keith.

Hey Gary quick question I've had insurance through km in the past but could never get hold of you so ended up going through a college of yours. TBH I found him to be unhelpful and a bit of a .... I then tried a few times since to get hold of you to sort my cars and they keep putting me through to said .... Which is massively frustrating!! Lol anyway I'm about to re insure my Scoob which has some serious mods and I don't want to leave my self un coverd so is there any chance I can deal with you ( said to be best in business)

Ideally you need to ring him, or drop him a pm bud. He gets inundated with requests on here, to which he replies in his leisure.

I only got preferential treatment as my info will already be on his records fom previous insurance, so it was a 5 minute fix for me.
