Subaru customised TomTom

Did this when I got the 350Z but updated the TomTom and decided to change the open screen and pointer to match my car.

First time I've had a go at creating a pointer myself and it's been a while since I last used Photoshop, it took a while but managed and quite happy with the result :)

Good work

The open screen was done in Photoshop and then saved as a specific name (splashw.bmp). The Impreza pointer was made from modifying a Manga Pixel Car, changing the colour and then reducing it down to the correct size.

You then go into the files on the TomTom device and replace the file with the one you've created.

The pointer was done in pretty much the same way but you can just add it to the TomTom through the file index rather than replace anything.

There are instructions on the TomTom website on how to do it to be honest, you just have to be handy with Photoshop really.
