VF35 - Boost creep

i have a VF35 on a forged saxo engined AX and its got massive boost creep since the engine is now breathing better.

Can it be cured completely or will i need to weld up the internal WG and use an external one. problem is i havent really got the space so i want to look at other options to cure this issue.

Creep is spiking from 7psi to 14psi so we stopped mapping there. Power was 272bhp.

quick pic for whores sake:

You need it ported (not sure which side). Do a search on here for more info.

Thanks for replies. I'm currently overseas, but the car is with a friend of mine who's doing the work. Can I send the exhaust housing to anyone to get it done properly?

just port it around the wastegate door to smooth the flow entering the waste gate and the fit a forge actuator and that will sort your problem ,p.s. that ax must be insane they are so light and with that power!!!!!!!

Thanks folks, will do that - much appreciated.

I found some pics with it done so looks like an easy enough job. Just smooth the exit into the port and widen it.

What spring rate are people using in the actuator?

Aye, it's pretty rapid. Fully caged, 4 pot brakes, quaife diff, BE box, coilovers. They handle identical to a 106 as it has the same floorplan and running gear, though a bit lighter - should be around 750-800kg, it's fully stripped but obviously the extra components add a bit of weight, though there is still plenty more weight to come out.

My friends running 357bhp but it's more for drag. Mine is built for track, though i'll probably refit the TD04 for track work as it was much more responsive, but i'm just trying out the VF35 for a bit as i have a trip to the ring so it makes for a more interesting drive. It's road worthy but you can't live with it - occasional use only!
