Hi Harry and welcome.

Not really that sure what you mean, but normally with the piping for the FMIC there will also be silicone hose supplied to fit it all. One of these pieces of hose will go from 70mm one end to 64mm at the other.

Therefore allowing you to join the intercooler piping to the throttle body.
