Whos fitted prodrive bumper to bug wrx?

I am thinking of buying a prodrive bumper today but will I need a prodrive grill aswell or will the standard wrx grill fit?
Any help appreciated thanks.

Its a straight swap.
dont know about the grill though

JonMc 09 June 2013 09:46 AM

Standard grill will fit too iirc, those I know who've done the swap kept their old grill:thumb:

Straight swap, I fitted the Prodrive grille with mine but standard one fits fine too.

I was looking for one a while back and couldn't find one for less than £350.

great mod for a bugeye, that and morrettes:thumb:

agree, think it makes the front end more appealing, more of aggressive look.

I wouldn't thank you for morettes, I'd have STI lights over them any day of the week:thumb:

But with morettes you'll see this on the road at night...

Plus, you'll need a stick on roof vent to make morettes look suitably cheap:D

I found them to be just as good as the original lights. I think its the prodrive ones that are like candles.

I thought the OE light were okay until I fitted the STI ones and it was like night and day:thumb:

As an aside, the screws holdng the foglight covers are prone to rusting a bit. Maybe try and get some stainless ones or varnish them.......
