Hi Matty
Thanks, if your at Oulton next week, come over and have a look, if not, I will take some photos for you, front splitter is getting changed to aluminium.
I have not seen the car since the last round, and only picking it up Friday night for the weekend

Hayup corky

How you doing, wife and baby doing good?

Yep, just a few changes, still on 8" rims but et35s, side exit exhaust come up inside car and across back of drivers seat, then out of rear door, allowing for full flat bottom on car

As corky says
Still running topmount, so needs to be large, to keep things cool,
Going front mount after next 2 events, so scpop will be going reversed

It looks good, like an OE STI one that Subaru never made:thumb:

I know it might sound rough
But this is my std WRX scoop that I modified, I am a joiner, so did it using a bit of plywood
But had to put some support ribs in the front of it, then got it fibre glassed and painted, the ones you can buy do not have support ribs, and when I am touching 170mph I need to know it is going to be strong enough,

But thanks for the comment, some people don't like it, but it is that size for a purpose.

I have a real dislike for blob ones stuck on every year of scoob it shouldn't be, but the ingenuity in making it is close to my own heart - I've made a scoop from scratch before now using wood, mesh and fibre glass back in my days of poor taste:wonder:
