I know it might sound rough
But this is my std WRX scoop that I modified, I am a joiner, so did it using a bit of plywood But had to put some support ribs in the front of it, then got it fibre glassed and painted, the ones you can buy do not have support ribs, and when I am touching 170mph I need to know it is going to be strong enough, But thanks for the comment, some people don't like it, but it is that size for a purpose. I have a real dislike for blob ones stuck on every year of scoob it shouldn't be, but the ingenuity in making it is close to my own heart - I've made a scoop from scratch before now using wood, mesh and fibre glass back in my days of poor taste:wonder:
