Got a new gadget/toy to play with.

I jumped into my car yesterday and realised I had left mine plugged in since Tuesday ! Battery seemed fine but won't be doing it again just in case :)

Noticed Scoobyworld were selling these a while back but were silly money.

Am I right in thinking you can monitor temps and pressures through it?

The wifi dongle was £20 from eBay and the software is for iPhone called Dash Command £34 in App Store.
You can change each of the fields to what you want and what the ECU can report on.

Mine was blutooth for £8 , £4 for an Android app.

Not seen that before, looks the bees knees. :thumb:

Couple more dash layouts that can be downloaded for free, there is about 500 to choose from for all tastes and cars.
Seen Andriod ones IE Torque etc, but if you have iphone/iPad this highly rated but at a cost.

Understand that the Bluetooth version works well on Andriod but not with apple products as they have restrictions on the Bluetooth stack in the software, if it is jail broken may be possible but for none jail broken phones it has to be wifi.

The ad says it Bluetooth but the photo is for the wifi version then in the description says Bluetooth wifi??
Don't think u can get one with both? And from HK,mine from UK arrived next day, may be worth asking that seller if they have the BT version

It was just a quick search. I used this app on a seat Leon I had. It's not bad. Just make sure all your parameters are correct.

Love those dials , cant find any like that to suit my dash on Android :(

Top one is called Forrestet STi Boost and the second is called Tuxedo Landscape.
Both can be found in the dashboard download section in the app.

Now ordered.

Can't grumble for a tenner and £2.50 for the app.

Still cheaper than buying a decent Android phone etc, it ls the price to pay for being an apple user
