96 legacy swap ECU help

I have a 96 legacy with an EJ25 in it. It had an EJ20 in it before. The wiring in the engine compartment is still for the EJ20. I just got a JDM v8 ecu and now I'm looking for the pinout for the ecu so I can hook up the AVCS. I was also wondering if I will have to hook up the cam sensors in the heads for the Avcs to work? Thanks for any help
