What parts will I need to replace/repair the Bumper in the photo?

No photo mate.

More laughs with one included eh?
I'd just like to say my wife did this - but I'd be telling pork pies.
It was a telegraph pole ;)

One bumper, rear light and looks like the qtr panel will need slight attention, see if there is any damage behind bumper.
Insurance claim or not mate?
Probably cheaper to get second hand parts from breaker on here!

Yeah, my plan it to just fix it as at 120K, she is a bit of a junker.
I am wondering whether I am likely to need the energy absorbing beams and all of that sh1t.
I think that just straighten the brackets and fit a new bumper/light from someone on here and sort out the panel.
Just want to get an idea before I spend any money.

Na, just thought I'd take a look out the front window when looking out the back one would have been the preferred option.
