To the New Owner of Robocops Spec C

Most of us know about Kev ( Robocop ) losing his battle and how sad its been for everyone.
But here is a nice story about his Spec C and its new owner.......
After buying the car ,the new owner became aware of the reason it was being sold,he then said to Kev,keep the car for as long as you can and then I'll have it,this was after he paid for it by the way.
To the new owner from all of us ....Thanks mate your a star, enjoy the car as Kev did.:notworthy

I believe it's a chap that has been posting in the welsh section, posting as "LuckyWelshChap",. Very sad story, i read th other day about the previous owners passing (rip). It's a cruel old world out there.

Cannot fault the new owners actions, many would have driven off and got on with it. Respect to him, us welsh are clearly not that bad after all!

Rob

Thanks Chris for posing this, the chaps name is Dave and you can see my comment to him in the sticky thread at the top in this section.
Kev shared the e mail with one or two of us that Dave had sent him on finding out the reason why Kev was selling up and Dave did indeed tell Kev to keep the car and use it as much as he could during his last few weeks.

I can tell you kev was overwhelmed and in tears with the generous offer as were his friends that he shared this with.

BTW yesterday at Japfest a significant amount of money was raised to be donated to Dorothy House Hospice care at the request of Kevs family.
If anyone else wishes to donate I've posted a link in the sticky thread at the top of general section.

Thanks.
