Widetrack classic??

I did a little search and nothing came up :(

I'm going 6speed on my Type R next month, obviously going full diffs, driveshafts, hubs etc
I know someone who is breaking a widetrack and has offered all the running gear with suspension, brakes the works

I'm assuming this will push the wheels out by 20mm (I'm guessing on the actual width increase) and so wheels will foul on arches and also an MOT failure for tyres not being covered by arches.
It's certainly out of my skill base to mess about with bodywork

So is this possible? If not, what driveshafts will I need to use? Standard 6speed ones? Front and back?

Many thanks,
Paul

22B bodykit, would work out expensive

Your type r will have the r180 diff so just use your original shafts.

I can't be bothered with bodykits. Standard width it is then!
Do I just use normal 6speed driveshafts then? Will these work with the widetrack hubs or am I better off finding a normal width one being broke?
Thanks for the reply though :)

Sounds a good built, would look good with the 22 wide body

Dont need to use widetrack hubs or shafts mate, your type r hubs will be fine, the widetrack shafts will be too long.

just use the 6 speed box and diff and you will need to get stub axles and seals for the box to fit your typr r front shafts
