Collecting Wheels in an Impreza
Has any one ever collected a set of wheels in their Impreza?
Im after a set & have no other vehicle at hand to get them in, Don't want to drive to Fleetwood & then find out they wont fit in the car :wonder: |
yes they will 2 or 3 in the boot depending on if they are 17s or 18`s and the rest on the back seat.
|
Im hoping to get some 18" ones, Depends what scoobyspares have
|
I've done it in a classic, two in the back seat, (take an old sheet or something to wrap them in), and two in the boot.

Scoobyspares is 57 miles from me & didn't really fancy wasting the fuel there & back. Saying that I can hire a small VW Caddy van for the day for £25 & just need to put the fuel I use back in |
No, do it in the Impreza!! They'll fot just fine, Ive done it myself a few times.
|
without tyres two in boot and two in back
with tyres one in boot and three in back just done this with 17'' :) ooh and a wheelie bin bag for each |
I've done it in two newage's. One with no back seats but with a cage in and I got two in the rear, one in the boot and the other on the passenger seat.
The other car that had rear seats, I can't remember exactly how but I did do it. I'm sure I couldn't get two in the boot though:wonder: Aaron:thumb: |

Will probably cost the same in fuel in the Impreza as it would hiring the van & putting fuel in that :lol1:

I have never had a problem getting four 18 x 8 wheels and tyres in the back of the blobeye, it is how I get to all the sprints etc, tools in the boot etc
|
I've had 4 wheels with tyres in my classic saloon many times.
|
See this is why Wagons rule 5 wheels no problemo.:lol1:
|
I've had four 8" wide rims with 235's on the back seat of my bugeye, as Alcazar said, wrap in a sheet or poly to avoid muck on the seats.
dunx |
i had 10 wheels in the back of my wagon (without tyres) lol , or in the saloon . 1 in the boot 3 in the back seats
|
they will fit on the back seat piece of pudding
|
Without tyres they should all fit in the boot.
I recently had four 18x9.5 wheels in the back of my hawk. |
Cheers for all the help guys,
Just need to find some ones I like now ! |
