PLEASE HELP LOSING THE WILL TO LIVE :(

HI GUYS.
i am pretty new on here and have had my uk turbo 2000 on a W plate for about 8 months, all was great untill last week when i had a disaster and the car kept cutting out at junctions and had real rough idle.

changed IAC and throttle position sensor still no joy but then the car threw a cel code 23 at me so ,

1st off i had a MAF Sensor CEL. changed that seemed to be alot better for all of a day, car was idleing great siting at about 800-850rpm... no stalling at junctions. so i though yes thats done the job and then out of nowhere car was sat at the lights and for no reason just backed off the RPM and came to a gradual halt... NO CEL.

checked the obvious things like leaks in air pipes and vac pipes.. all good there..
decided to plug in the self test plugs under the dash and bang CEL code 45... can anyone help with this please as all i can seem to get is pressure sensor... but what pressure sensor. does anyone have a pic or a part number and what can i do to solve this problem...

would this cause the car to stall slowly when sitting on idle?

any help would be much appreciated

thanks in advance

Had a vac hose cum off while cleaning bedroom it was hard to tell but the suction psi really dropped down . Other one I experienced was BMW carb the revs sat at over 3000 rpm tracked the offending pipe ,pur back on and hey presto back to 750 .
