Which is best for Speed Camera Warnings

I have a new car coming with a build in sat nav but it will not warn me about speed cameras.

Can someone recommend me something to use. So far I have looked at the k2 and the road angel Gem.

Thanks for the help.

Road signs are always good.

Origin B2 is very good. Old now though and has been replaced. I think it's called the Pogo or something like that. I believe Origin sold out to Road Angel recently.

What ever it's called, it's very good. :D

Here it is.....

Not cheap but very good. The old Origin B2 I've got has never missed a fixed camera.

Unless you've seen otherwise ( beyond the dashboard )

Works for me

**** off either way LOL :D

I do get fixated by numbers so either it is a "well done" or "just be a bit careful"

:D :D

p.s. the post count may be congruous to a bit of a book I'm working on.

/meh/

Wasn't your wife driving?

:)

Leslie 11 April 2013 05:53 PM

It is so much safer for your licence, and cheaper to just drive to the speed limits.

Peedee 11 April 2013 06:34 PM

I'm with the majority.

Is it really that hard to stick to a simple speed limit these days?

If you like going fast, go to a track. SIMPLES!!

Furry Muff, I hadn't realised you were a truck driver :thumb:

tubbytommy 11 April 2013 06:57 PM

i know your new car has built in sat nav, but i have a pioneer avic f940bt which has speed camera warnings and as its connected to the cars speed sensor it only alerts you if you are over the limit.
added to that it has bluetooth phone connection so your safe from the 3 point there too.

RobsyUK 12 April 2013 07:37 AM

How new is the car. Maybe a 3rd party can supply updated maps with speed camarad

i have it built into my tracker and find it very usefull especially when they keep changing speed limits

PaulC72 14 April 2013 10:13 PM

Get a map, when you get a ticket come through cross the location off on the map, keep going until you have recorded all in your area (or you are in jail / banned etc)
