Uk my99 wont start fuel pump not priming sigma m30 fault??

Hi about a month ago my car started playing up as in not restarting after i stop the car...

I got a brand new fuel pump but its still the same..
No power geting to fuel pump at all i have put a live feed to it and the pump is working fine

And when i turn the key the fuel relay clicks and then again after 1 second does this mean the relay is working fine??
Checked the connector under rear seat also looks fine

I have the sigma m30 i have tryed to bypass the fuel cutt but not sure if i have done this right :/ obvs i dont want to say what i have done on this thread....
Could some one pm me with the correct way to do this?? As i dont want to buy a relay if i dont need one

The car is a uk my99 v5
This is my 1st ever post so im very sorry if this is wrong (:
I just realy need help!!!

Thanks Geoff

Is the car turning over? The alarm has a fuel pump and a starter circuit so if you bypass the alarm relay for fuel pump the alarm will still function on the starter relay

the alarm wiring is usually a mess as it was dealer fitted.

see if the indicator relay is the same.
but could be the alarm if it dont work with a swapped relay

Thanks for the reply's
I have well think i have bypassed the fuel cut by bridging two wires if thats right?

The car is just turning over and over
It has started a fue times but soon as you turn it off it will not start again... no fuel pump prime...

I will try the indicator relay tomoro if i can find it :/

Is there a way of testing the fuel relay ie continuity as i have got a tester off a friend
And it still clicks

Thanks again

Aye worth checking the main fuel relay above the fuses. Though the alarm has its own relays which are part of the alarm control unit. Problem is the wiring that is spliced into main loom is too thin gauge which inturn burns out the alarm relays eventually

it does sound like a relay. if it starts only sometimes. The primer you should hear when you turn the ignition on. should humm.
by crossing wires should work but i have had it before where it needs the relay to work. there prob is a way to test relays but i dont know it sorry
