what flywheel/clutch for classic drivetrain in a newage

next week my 54 plate blob is being fitted with a short ratio 5 speed box from an import classic sti along with the matching diff, now im having a dilema because when we remove my broken 5 speed i dont know what condition the gearbox/clutch will be in so do i...........

-buy a clutch/flywheel for a classic or a newage should i need them?

-ideally i would like a lightened flywheel and i know somebody selling one for a classic, could this mate up with my current clutch if its still in good condition or are they not cross-compatible?

cheers

new-age and classic 2.0 turbo 5spd "push" clutches are an identical set-up apart from the really early cars that ran the smaller 225mm clutch rather than the revised and more common 230mm..............

having said that the flywheel accomodates either
