Who Cares

The Who Cares Trifecta in no particular order..

A new Pope, after standing and waiting in the poor weather for two days the crowd finally saw the white smoke and erupted in screams of joy, it was as if Bieber had walked out on stage in front on 10000 prepubescent girls :cuckoo:

Mick Philpott, you're a stupid cnut, as are your skanky ill educated wife and retarded mate, you should all face the chair, guilty as fook, let's stop pi$$ing the tax payers money away on a lengthy trial.

Cambo and the opposition, lightweight, wet, clueless and not a natural leader amongst the lot of you. We're going to be swinging from one party to the next for next 20 years

I give not one ounce of fcuk, and I'm actually Catholic as well. :lol1:

dpb 13 March 2013 09:57 PM

Pollpot should be under COB's thread regarding , if ever there was cause to bring back the death penalty

^Qwerty^ 13 March 2013 10:19 PM

I have as far as I know never met a single person who gives a toss who the pope is at the times of electing a new one, or at least nobody has ever openly spoken about having any interest in it.

Clarebabes 13 March 2013 11:02 PM

It annoys me that the Pope thing is the top news... Why? It's not like Catholics are the majority in the UK, far from it. Annoying!

RA Dunk 13 March 2013 11:21 PM

Like Querty says, nobody actually gives a toss really, I suppose it's just another easy story for the media to hype up and make a meal out of TBH..

f1_fan 13 March 2013 11:36 PM

Point 3 in the OP's list. Abso ... f**king.... lutely agree!!!

Be careful you are disrespecting the man wwho has (overnight) become gods spokesman.

you shouldn't mess with that siht.

Personally I was disappointed that Tony Blair wasn't appointed

Funkii Munkii 13 March 2013 11:45 PM

A spokesman for a fictional character, brilliant ;)

SiPie 14 March 2013 07:43 AM

Was in hysterics when the new pope dude was announced to the waiting crowd and it was greeted with complete silence as they all thought 'who the f*** is he'......

I reckon all the favourite candidates were all ruled out when asked to be honest about their sexual histories..... "Erm, actually yes I have done that, sorry, I'm out".....which meant they had to go as far as Argentina to find a non dodgy one :)

I decided to have a listen to radio yesterday, for at least several mins the daft feckers kept going on about the colour of the smoke.kind of went like this, the smoke is black, looks dark grey to me,no its deffo still black,OH its getting lighter in colour almost a light grey, has it gone white,no its black again, and it went on.For feck sake who gives a crap about the smoke, really can we have some proper news, turns radio back off.

Tidgy 14 March 2013 09:12 AM

Im not religious so in the 'dont realy care' boat, but to some people a new pope is very important.

Ellie* 14 March 2013 10:14 AM

Add the duchess of cambridge's pregnancy to that list.

TelBoy 14 March 2013 10:36 AM

In a trifecta you have to place 1st 2nd and 3rd in the correct order, so if it's in no particular order it's not a trifecta. Just sayin' :Suspiciou

Why is it though. What material difference does it make really?

And i also want to know why they're given "official" names, this one is Francis isn't he? Why? What's wrong with Pope Jorge?

Apparently the new Pope gets to decide what he's called and he picked Francis. I was hoping the Nigerian fella was going to get it but something told me that was never going to happen.

TelBoy 14 March 2013 10:53 AM

I see see :Suspiciou

Francis of... :Suspiciou

Never mind

I personally dont care two hoots myself but to so many people he is important. I feel the same way about footballers being treated like gods by some people but if thats seen as important to them , then thats their choice

TelBoy 14 March 2013 01:23 PM

^^ I get that. But why does it matter to them who he is, as opposed to what he symbolically stands for? Especially given he's somebody that most people have never heard of. How can you get excited about the appointment of somebody who you might have passed in the street yesterday. Don't get it at all.
