Radiator, wiring, relays, fans, ECU - PLEASE HELP! :)

Hi, I'm buildng a custom car powered by a JDM 99/2k (classic, not bug eye) scoob sti 6 (RA) motor.

I have a problem with my cooling because the looms were taken from the original car and modified. I have a working modified engine loom (I've started the motor in the car briefly) but have no idea how to make the ECU now control the rad fans or even where the relays are in the circuit (which I don't have so will have to replace with other relays).

The engine should 'know' its temp and should be talking to the ECU though from here I'm stuck.

Does anyone know what colour wires (from the ECU) control the relays to kick in the fans?

a circuit diagram would be even better!?

I've been desperately trying to find a pin map etc and wiring diagram for my car/ECU but to no avail. (they have to many rows or too many plugs etc!?). Ive even bought CD's off ebay but no help :(

I'm also confused as the rad fans are 3 wire (Blue, green, black) but the feeding wires I have with the plugs on for the rad have Yellow+RedS, White+BlueS, small black - and the other side Yellow+BlackS, White+GreenS, small Black.

Also I've been looking on here a while and some say the fans are dual speed, some say one fan is for the air con only (which I'm not using, so the pump has been removed for extra BHP), and other say both run full time 96c to 91c Arrrrrrg! :wonder:

Any help or pointers would be much apreciated! :notworthy
