Anyone bought tyres from Pneus Online?

As per title, has anyone bought tyres from Pneus Online and if so were they OK in terms of customer service etc. ?

I have never heard of them but they come up in the searches all the time.

Thanks in advance

Their name sounds like they'd be better suited to selling condoms

Pneus is French for tyres, thanks for the input though ;)

Are they considerably cheaper than Black circles for the tyres you're after?

Yes, about £80 a set cheaper hence the question :D

Dont know anything about Pneus but I've used Camskill twice recently and been very impresed with the cost / service :thumb: ... not sure how they compare on price for what you're after though!?

Yes I have used Camskill myself, but in this instance they are out of stock with no delivery in sight. They are also more expensive than Pneus. Seems too good to be true hence the question really.

There aren't many reviws of Pneus on the web and when there are only a small number of reviews you don't know how truthful they are.... well you or I don't .. Orangio obviously thinks they are :lol1::lol1:

A few mentions on the PH forums

If you use your Credit card, (I don't posses one) aren't you covered every which way?

How is it obvious that I think the reviews are truthful when all I posted was a link ? :cuckoo:

I wish you the best of luck finding some tyres :thumb:

Yes, but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of their delivery times etc.

This explains why you have a 12,000+ post count

That must make you king of the retards on here :lol1:

Anyway, I am not one to judge.. so again, I hope you find the tyres you are looking for.

And please let us all know how your buying experience goes if you do decide to buy from Pnues as I am also in the market for some new tyres :thumb:

Says you posting on a thread that has nothing to do with you and to which you have provided nothing positive. :hjtwofing

AndyBaker 08 March 2013 04:33 PM

It seems that when someone does try to offer something positive you can't help yourself as evidenced earlier in this thread. Just a rude tw4t

scud8 08 March 2013 04:36 PM

I tried using them a few years ago to buy some winter tyres (don't start ...). They took the order online including credit card details then emailed to say they wouldn't accept payment by credit card and requested a bank transfer instead. I walked away and went to Camskill.

You didn't post a link, you posted the equivalent of "f*** off and don't ask a car related question on a car forum".

I think that's me just about done for this forum, after god know how many years it now seems to be dominated by anti-social f***wits. Bye.

Cheers, that's exactly the sort of thing I was looking for :thumb: Think I will wait until Camskill can get some in stock. They're not urgent.
