Getting suspension components off?

Morning gents,

I've spent a fortune on poly bushes, I've even gone as far as to buy a hydraulic press to do the job..... But I cannot get these bolts off!

The bolts holding the components on are seized like f***!!! I've tried breaker bar, breaker bar looped with a spanner, swearing at it, WD40, impact driver, more swearing..... Still wont budge!!!

Any ideas? I've never used (nor do I have) heat to get stuff off so slightly nervous of this as a solution.

Thanks!! Adam

Can the bolts be easily replaced as I would just grind the heads off old bolts and replace with new stainless ones with a bit of goop or copper slip on.

I would think my angle grinder could fit :)

Before yiu cut go buy a bottle of plus gas, it awesome stuff, squirt it all over and leave for 30mins and the try with a breaker bar, if that dosnt work you'll have to cut them, but I would defo try the plus gas!

If you dont fancy heat, The opposite can work. Buy some freeze spray. Stuff plumbers use to temp freeze pipes. Freeze the bolts. Ive found they snap much easier.

Usual tricks are soak them in diesel. Tighten them until you feel them give to crack rust. Get some heat on the nut/threaded hole or freeze the bolt. Hit the bolt head square on top to losen rust. Chisel the nut to split it.
